For fiscal year 2026, the town of Barnet has budgeted a total of $41,400 for the Fire & Rescue fund. The largest expenses are $14,000 for volunteers' reimbursement and $12,100 for equipment and supplies. The remaining budget supports mutual aid dues and dispatching service ($5,500), vehicle maintenance and repair ($4,000), rescue squad expenses ($3,200), annual equipment testing ($2,000), and other costs ($600).
